Scope

• Advising on legal international transactions, including international sales, Documentary credits, and international commercial arbitration. Drafting contracts and all legal documents relating to corporation, commercial work, employment and intellectual property.

• Assisting in general civil litigation involving business and contract disputes, Employment matters, commercial, bankruptcy, agencies, construction disputes, personal Injury and insurance defense and all legal documents including agreements, commercial contracts, deeds and all types of court's Memorandums.

• Serving legal consultations regarding corporate and commercial matters including all aspects of companies' law, commercial Agents and Mediators Law, flotation, takeovers, mergers, and acquisitions. We represented bidders and target companies in both hostile and friendly take over bids and have served as counsel to buyers, sellers, investment dealers, banks and other lenders and financial intermediaries
